Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer dot com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the JIF Marine Boat Cleat. This is a fender cleat that's going to provide an attachment point so you can hang your boat's fender. This can also be used to tie a rope or hook a strap in place so that you can easily hook up your boat to the dock. This is a nice sturdy rust-proof stainless steel construction.
So it's going to hold up well in your freshwater and saltwater environments.There's a bolt-on installation so you can see we've got those two fabricated holes there for you to bolt in place. Those holes are separated right about an inch and three quarters of an inch. Our overall measurement, I'm going to call it three and a half inches by one and an eighth, and when we have this retracted, it's going to stick out about one in seven eights of an inch there. You can see it does have that built-in twist out functionality to it. So if you are in the market for a nice stainless steel boat cleat, think this is going to be a great option for you.
